for me I think it is all about service. We try to add value to every shipment. We strive to be the first one back with a quote. We provide a photo of the driver and truck at the time of booking so the shipper knows who is coming in and what the truck looks like (we also look to see that the truck is in good shape) - We send a photo of the freight securely loaded on the truck prior to departing shipper location. We send a hard copy POD within 5 minutes of deliver (prior to driver leaving consignee) -
